Welcome to Coqui Guides. By purchasing or using our app and audio tours, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Coqui Guides

Coqui Guides, LLC offers self-guided audio tours of Puerto Rico, delivered through our mobile application. Our tours are designed to enhance your experience of Puerto Rico's natural and cultural landmarks at your own pace.

2. Purchases & No Refund Policy

All tour purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our tours are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a tour has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased tour, please contact us at info@coquiguides.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

3. License to Use

When you purchase a tour, Coqui Guides, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that tour content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any tour content in any form.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our app and tours, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own safety while using our tours in the field. Coqui Guides provides guidance and information but is not responsible for trail conditions, weather, physical hazards, or any injury or loss that may occur during your visit.

You will follow all rules and regulations of the parks, reserves, and locations featured in our tours, including any entry fees, permit requirements, or closures set by the US Forest Service or other governing bodies.

You will not use our tours or app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure our tour content is accurate and up to date. However, conditions at locations can change — trails may close, facilities may be unavailable, and hours of operation may vary. Coqui Guides is not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes to conditions at featured locations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Coqui Guides app and tours — including audio narration, text, photographs, maps, and GPS routes — is the property of Coqui Guides, LLC and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coqui Guides, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our app or tours. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tour in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our app or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
